We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with SolvaGrove for any reason. This is a straightforward, no-questions-asked guarantee.
2. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
- Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
- In its original, unused condition
- In original packaging (sealed bottle, intact safety seals)
- With all original documentation and receipts where applicable
3. How to request a refund

- Explain your reason for returning the product

4. Shipping costs for returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

In these cases, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
5. Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Do not dispose of the packaging or product

6. Refund processing

7. Non-refundable items

9. Your legal rights

You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund beyond this 14-day window.
10. Unused stock disposal
Returned, unopened stock may be re-sold or disposed of in accordance with food supplement regulations. Your refund does not give you ownership rights over returned goods after we receive them.
